Ms. Sabiha Aziz

Ms. Sabiha Aziz is currently running a rehabilitation for de-addiction and various psychological disorders in Pune by the name of Crossroad wellness center. She has been working exclusively in the field of drug and alcohol abuse and addiction for the past six years as a consultant, family therapist, a hypnotherapist and a regression therapist. Family therapy is specially for Co-dependency which is quite prevalent in most families. One of her expertise is in helping the families as they have traits of co-dependent behavior due to which it is difficult to break the emotional cord with the addict and thus continue living a life of self-destruction.

Her psychotherapy certifications include: REBT and Robert Car huff models of therapy. Additionally, she is also certified by the California Hypnosis Institute as a hypnotherapist and also certified in inner child therapy under Dr.Gitanjali Saxena. She regularly uses clinical hypnosis as well as regression therapy as part of the healing process.
